Please note that we do not provide trial periods for our products. We strongly advise customers to thoroughly evaluate the suitability and specifications of items before making a purchase. Some products may be eligible for special price discounts, and consequently, orders for these items cannot be canceled. Returns or replacements will only be accepted for defective goods requiring repair or replacement.

If Express Matting Services Limited agrees, at its discretion, to accept the return of unwanted products, these items must be returned within 14 days of delivery with our prior written consent. They must remain unopened and in impeccable, resalable condition. Before breaking any manufacturer seals, please ensure that the purchased product(s) match your specifications to prevent potential rejection upon return.

Special terms apply to goods sold at reduced prices or as part of a "Liquidation Stock" offer. These terms complement our standard terms and conditions, unless explicitly stated for consumers.

Upon receipt of an order, we will verify stock availability. The sales contract and payment processing will proceed only once stock availability is confirmed to the customer.

For products sold under "Reduced Price" or "Liquidation Products" offers, specific rules supplement our standard terms and conditions:

Prices are non-negotiable and cannot be discounted for value, cash, or volume. The customer is responsible for safely returning the goods. Please note that Trailer Plate and HGV Kerb Stop items, being custom-made, are non-refundable. The customer bears the cost of returning goods. We retain the right to refuse return or refund of goods specifically ordered for your purchase.

All items must be returned in their original packaging. If a product is defective or incorrect, Express Matting Services Ltd will promptly replace it or issue a credit/refund upon merchandise return.

It's the customer's responsibility to check and report any incorrect deliveries within 14 days. No liability, refund, or exchange will be entertained after this period.

Returning Products After Canceling Your Order:

Should you decide to cancel your order after dispatch or receipt of products, kindly return them to us by post or in person.

Customers must return goods in new, original condition at their expense. Refunds will be processed only after inspecting the returned items.
